Produced biodynamically and double-roasted to achieve a subtle balance between strength and vibrancy, Millésime reveals notes of eucalyptus , blood orange , and honey .
The unique concept of coffee aging
Inspired by the world of wine, Millésime is an aged coffee : each year, a portion of the stock is kept to observe the natural evolution of its aromas, like a fine vintage. I wanted to prioritize a cultivation method with the least possible impact on nature; the biodynamic method seemed the most appropriate.
