I. GENERAL INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Since May 25, 2018, the European Commission has implemented the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), aimed at protecting individuals from data breaches and misuse of personal information. Companies must inform users about how their data is processed. MOMUS is responsible for processing your data. By using www.momus-paris.com, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
II. DATA COLLECTION: WHAT, WHEN, AND WHY?
Orders: When you place an order, we collect your name, email, postal address, and phone number to prepare and deliver your parcel. This data is shared with our delivery partners, who may not use it for other purposes and must delete it once processed. For non-European deliveries, data is transferred to relevant logistics providers. Order data is kept for 5 years, and invoices for 10 years.
Orders for third parties: You may provide information for a third party when ordering. These data are used only for that specific order, and you guarantee that the person is aware of this disclosure.
Email notifications: You may receive email updates regarding your order or service changes.
Newsletter: Your email address is used to send product updates or news only if you subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter or in your account settings.
Advertising: Like most e-commerce sites, MOMUS records your visits to display ads. These do not use personal data. Third-party sites displaying our ads do not access your details. You can disable this tracking by clearing cookies in your browser.
III. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS: MODIFYING OR DELETING YOUR DATA
